Refund Policy

We assume it as our foremost priority to keep our customers/clients satisfied with the products and services we provide to them through thiswebsite.

We therefore insure that our clients give feedback / approve each and every phase of the project we are executing for them from time to time. We move on to the next phase only when our clients have approved the previous phase. This way we make sure they are satisfied with the services we are providing to them.

For instance, while designing a website, we first design the layout and present it to our client for approval. This marks phase-I of the project. We move ahead with the html/css coding only when the client approves the design. As soon as the xhtml coding is done (phase-II), the product is again produced before the client for approval. The inner pages are designed only after the client has approved the homepage.

If at any stage the client shows dissatisfaction (on reasonable grounds) despite of repeated re-works, then part or full advance payment of the client will be refundable as per mutual agreement.

These practices followed by e-Scapes leaves no scope for an unsatisfied customer, hence any purchases made on this website leaves no right for refund immediately after the purchase is made in full. We assume the client was given the oppurtunity to scan the product thoroghly and hence purchased the product.
